The Opportunity

Talent Plazer Recruitment is partnering with a leading international hospitality organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Manager for its European Corporate Office based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic procurement team responsible for delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management and procurement excellence across multiple European markets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, negotiate with key suppliers and contribute to procurement strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple spend categories.
2. Lead supplier sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs and contract negotiations.
3. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
4. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
5. Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, compliance and service standards are achieved.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations and other business functions.
7. Support procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Analyse procurement data and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

1. 5+ years' experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
2. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
3. Experience managing procurement projects and contracts.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Commercially minded with strong analytical ability.
6. Experience working within international or multi-site organisations is highly desirable.
7. Hospitality procurement experience is advantageous; however, candidates from manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, FMCG, retail, logistics or other relevant industries are encouraged to apply.
8. Fluency in French is highly desirable.
